Belly pain
It was summer and I fell asleep with Maria completely naked. I was holding her in my arms with one hand on her round breast and the other hand on her hot thigh. At one point, I was awakened from my night's sleep by Maria's moans. Blushing, I looked at my watch, it was six in the morning. "My tummy" - Maria whispered between groans. A little light started to come into my head. I knew what was coming. "Where does it hurt, your ovary?" - I ask her. "Yes!" - Maria moaned, holding her belly. "Help me, get something warm" - she said. I went into the kitchen, heated water and returned with a hot bottle to the room. Maria looked at me begging me to ease her pain. "Lie on your back" - I told her. I started to give her a lower belly massage, but quickly gave up, because the pressure hurt her even more. I put the hot bottle on her lower belly, right above the pubic hair, holding her hand. We stayed like that for a good few minutes, Maria had covered her face with her hands, and was moaning softly in pain. She was beautiful and in such pain, with dark hair over her shoulders and perfect breasts. "Hurts so much, cannot bear" - she burst out, crying. I took the bottle from her belly, and she actually started rolling around in bed holding her belly. It was a flare up. I called an ambulance, which came within about half an hour. All this time I was sitting next to Maria, trying to encourage her, because she was in terrible pain, actually digging her fingers into her lower belly to reach the ovary. The paramedics gave her an injection, after which she fell asleep quite quickly.
